We are seeking energetic and motivated sales associate to join our Fort Worth sales team. As a sales associate, you will work with an in-store sales team to drive in store sales through customer relationship selling and personalized service experience. The ideal sales associate is passionate about apparel and home goods, has the desire to cultivate and grow customer relationships and loves working with a team. Weekly work hours expected for this position will be 15-20.

Seek apparel and home goods product knowledge to build your expertise

Essential to be comfortable selling in-store and virtually through the use of technology
Maintain a clean and organized presentation of the store space
Assist with daily store operations; (not limited to) inventory management, online fulfillment, visual merchandising.
Qualifications
1-3 yrs retail sales experience, direct customer service preferred
Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service
Ability to take initiative, build & maintain customer relationships
Self motivated, goal oriented focus
Organized, timely
Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
Enjoy working in a team environment
Able to bring a positive, engaging energy to the workplace
Comfortable, knowledgeable using technology in sales environment
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and retail holidays
